Lauren Bass is an artist based in Durham, North Carolina. She started
creating watercolor house portraits in the early days of the pandemic and fell in love with it, quit her job to pursue painting full-time, and Domestic Doodles was born!
Eventually she expanded her offerings to include pet portraits, cards, prints, and stamps
as well as her original house paintings.
Lauren has a degree in Art Education from the University of Akron and teaches art
classes in her hometown when she isn’t painting in her home studio!
